OBUSE GIN is a premium craft gin that puts the spirit of "Upcycling" into practice. We collaborated with "Obusedo," a century-old chestnut confectionery shop in Obuse, Japan, to recover precious chestnut shells (known as Onikawa). We transform this gift from the land into a one-of-a-kind piece of liquid art.

Multi-dimensional Layers, Blending the Essence of the Earth

This is not just a bottle of gin; it is a multi-layered flavor adventure:

  • Top Note: The deep bitterness brought by locally grown Tartary buckwheat tea, steady and elegant.
  • Middle Note: The smoky sweetness released by roasted Obuse chestnut shells, warming the heart.
