Craft & Maturation

Anchored primarily by Bourbon barrels, this expression is skillfully blended with Sherry casks and finished in Port casks for final maturation. It offers an elegant, deep aroma featuring the soft sweetness of ripe persimmons and oranges, delicately revealing notes of candied fruit peels and clear honey.

  • Nose: Papaya, apricot, banana, and rich vanilla aromas.
  • Palate: Honey and hazelnut notes, with a gentle sweetness reminiscent of melon and dried persimmon.
