Located at the foot of Mount Komagatake in Nagano's Central Alps at nearly 800 meters elevation, Mars Komagatake is one of Japan's most iconic high-altitude whisky distilleries. The spirit is anchored by Bourbon casks, blended with Sherry casks, and finished in Port casks — a graceful, deep tapestry of ripe persimmon, honey, hazelnut, and raisin.
