Kanosuke Single Malt Whisky is vatted from spirits distilled in three pot stills of different shapes and matured in a variety of oak casks, including Shochu, Sherry, Bourbon, and Red Wine casks. Each unique flavor fuses together, adding a mellow and soft mouthfeel to the elegant and refined Japanese whisky base.

Core Blending Features

• Apple Brandy Cask Finish Generous use of spirits initially aged in Bourbon casks and then finished in Apple Brandy Casks.
• White Wine Cask Finish Combines spirits aged in re-charred Shochu casks with a final maturation in White Wine Casks.
• Peat & Sherry Sherry casks impart layered complexity accompanied by a hint of peat. A slow dilution process refines the spirit into a mellow and profound final texture.
