The unique character of "KAMIJI" stems from rigorous selection and the specific environment of its creation:

  • Long-term Aging We carefully select Canadian grain whisky that has been aged for over a decade in bourbon barrels, which is then further matured within the natural environment of Ise.
  • Local Distillation This is perfectly blended with in-house single malt whisky produced at our Ise Distillery.
  • Tasting Notes The long-term barrel storage endows the body with exceptional mellowness and depth. It offers an extremely smooth mouthfeel, making it a whisky that is both complex in layers and delightfully accessible.
